SUMMER DANCE CAMPS

Space is extremely limited in camps due to the safety protocols in place aligning with the Napa County Human and Health Services guidelines. Please note the staggered drop off and pick up times have been implemented to reduce foot traffic for the health and safety of our families. We are so excited to get back into the studio for some summer fun!

All choreography, activities and music will be age appropriate. The dance portion of camps will be enjoyable for all levels.

VIRTUAL AND IN-STUDIO OPTIONS!
Try an exciting new dance class this summer on Dance House LIVE powered by ZOOM. This 6-week mini session allows dancers to take class(es) from anywhere in the world. Whether you are staying home for the summer or going on a trip, Dance House LIVE is a great option to keep your summer training fun, accessible and INTERACTIVE. Course curriculum is age appropriate and fun for all levels.
MIX & MATCH! Dancers can now mix and match their summer schedule by taking from both our virtual and in-studio summer academies!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SUMMER
Before You Come To Summer Camp or Summer Academy Classes: Parents are required to perform a symptom and temperature check on their child before bringing them to camp each day. Children experiencing symptoms or who have a temperature of 100 degrees or higher must stay home. Additionally, children should stay home if a member of your household is experiencing symptoms.
Staggered Drop off & Pick up: For everyone’s safety, it is important for students to arrive and be picked up on time. Students must be dropped off and picked up at our outdoor registration point, located at the front entrance. Anyone over the age of 12 must wear a mask at drop off and pick up. Until further notice and due to safety precautions, only TDHNV Staff and registered students are allowed in the lobby and or dance spaces. No observers, parents, guardians or non TDHNV Staff or non registered students are allowed in the studio at this time. There are no make-ups permitted for any reason for TDHNV Summer Programs.
There is a brief grace period to allow for social distancing at pick up. Parents/guardians and caretakers are granted a 5-minute grace period following the official end time of the camp, workshop or class their student is attending. After which the student is charged $1.00 per minute for every minute picked up late. This policy is in place as we must provide staff to make sure your child is taken care of until they are picked up.
*If someone else is dropping off or picking up your child, please make sure they are aware of our policies and procedures. No exceptions will be made.
A staff member will take your child’s temperature upon arrival. Students will change their shoes and wash their hands before entering their classroom.
Camp Backpack, Water Bottle & Lunch: Students are required to bring a labeled backpack to keep their street shoes, food, and water bottle in. Everything must fit inside the bag. They will have a designated space to store their backpack inside their classroom for the session. Students need to bring a non-messy, NUT FREE snack, and water bottle each day. Full day campers must bring a packed lunch. Food must be packed in containers that they can open on their own. *We will have water bottles available for purchase and campers can purchase water bottle punch cards at the front desk.
Required Footwear & Dress Code: Grip socks or full-foot dance shoes for camp are required for indoor instruction. Students must wear street shoes to camp and classes each day. Bare feet will not be permitted in the studio. Students should wear comfortable clothes that they can move in, and bring a sweater just in case. Dresses, skirts and crop tops/sports bra tops are not allowed; students must be properly covered for their safety.
