Registration Instructions

  • Once on the registration page, click the link to enroll in classes: https://clients.dancestudiomanager.com/dance-house-napa-valley/client/

  • If you do not already have one, create an account online with The Dance House Napa Valley

  • Make sure that all lines with red asterisks * are filled in

  • If you need to add more than one dancer, click on the blue box that says “more” below the student section 

  • All CURRENT and NEW clients will have to resign the summer policy agreement. New clients make sure that once you READ and SIGN the “policy agreement” at the bottom of the page and then click on “create account

  • When the account opens, you will be on the homepage where you can add classes for your student(s)

  • Our classes are listed in tabs by IN-STUDIO and VIRTUAL, please be aware of AGE, PROGRAM as well as the DAY OF THE WEEK

  • Click on the appropriate tabs to choose classes for dancers

  • Once you have added the classes you would like for each of your dancers, click the checkout box

  • You will receive an email confirmation for all classes you enroll in

  • Once you have created an account you can login to view your account at any time. To complete the following items, you must be logged into your new Dance House Napa Valley account

  • Viewing a list of classes your dancer is enrolled in: Click your name at the top of the page.  When the drop-down menu pulls up, click “classes”

  • Adding Classes: Go to the “Home” tab at the top of the page.  Our classes are listed in tabs on this page by dancers AGE as well as by the DAY OF THE WEEK

  • Editing Personal Information:  To update your address, phone number or email, please click on your name at the top of the page.  When the drop-down menu pulls up, click on “edit account” and make the necessary changes

  • Editing Payment Information:  If you need to update the card or ACH you have on file, click your name at the top of the page.  When the drop-down menu pops up, click on “finance”.  In the finance section you can add a card or bank account via ACH.  If you need to delete a card on file, click on “stored cards and bank accounts.” Click the red “remove” button to delete a card from file

  • Adding a Sibling: To add a sibling to the account, click your name at the top of the page.  When the drop-down menu pops up, click on “add related student."

  • Changing your password:  To change the password you have on file, click your name at the top of the page.  When the drop-down menu pops up, click on “change password”

  • View Signed Policy Agreement on File:  If you would like to view the signed Policy Agreement you have on file, click your name at the top of the page.  When the drop-down menu pops up, click on “waivers."
